The Fellowship curriculum is rigorous and designed to equip Fellows with the capabilities to excel as executives and entrepreneurs in small businesses. Over the 3-year program, Fellows complete coursework in topics like finance, marketing, operations, and management. They gain hands-on experience by conceiving, launching, and operating a profitable small business venture under the guidance of business mentors.
Through the combination of intensive education and real-world application, Fellows gain the knowledge and skills to strategically lead small companies, drive growth and innovation, and maximize profitability. Applications for the next cohort beginning in 2024 are currently open. The Fellowship is highly selective, choosing less than 5% of applicants each year. Successful candidates have 5-10 years of professional experience and demonstrate outstanding leadership potential.
